A licensed residence that provides care, room, and board for a small number of adults — up to six — in an ordinary house rather than a large facility. Washington licenses adult family homes under WAC 388-76.
Older adults who do better in a small, quiet household than a large building — including people living with dementia or memory loss, and people managing a mental health condition. We hold state specialty designations for both. See who this home is right for.
Help with the activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and eating), medication management under registered-nurse delegation, dementia and memory care, mental health care, respite and short stays, and coordination with hospice at end of life. See care & services.
The home is licensed for up to six residents and is staffed around the clock. A small household means a higher caregiver-to-resident ratio and care from people who know each resident by name.

Private rooms start at $5,500 per month and shared rooms at $4,800, with the exact rate confirmed after an in-person assessment. We accept private pay and hold a Washington State Medicaid contract, with rates from $150 per day for eligible residents. You can build an estimate with our Private Pay packet.
Because we're Medicaid-contracted, a resident who spends down to Medicaid eligibility can stay in the same home, with the same caregivers — no move at one of the hardest points in a family's planning.
Medications are given and recorded under registered-nurse delegation, coordinating with each resident's own physician or nurse practitioner. Residents may keep their own doctors.
Yes. The home is single-level, with grab bars and a roll-in shower, and is arranged for walkers, wheelchairs, and other mobility aids.
Home-cooked meals are served at regular times, with attention to needs such as diabetic, low-sodium, and soft-texture diets, as well as cultural and personal preferences.
We keep families closely in the loop and reach out promptly about any change in a resident's condition. You're welcome to call and speak with a caregiver directly.
Yes. We welcome families to tour in person, meet the caregivers, and ask the questions that matter. Arrange a visit.
We reassess and coordinate with the resident's providers. If needs move beyond what a licensed adult family home can safely provide, we'll tell you honestly and help plan the next step.
