Monthly Rates
A monthly rate begins with room and board and adds the level of care a resident actually needs. Every rate is confirmed after an in-person assessment.

Starting rates reflect base room and board with standard care. Residents with higher care needs — or those needing specialized memory or mental-health support — are quoted after assessment.
How a Rate Is Built
The base rate for a private or shared room — lodging, all meals, utilities, housekeeping, and laundry.
An add-on set by the level of daily care a resident needs, from light assistance to full support, based on assessment.
Additional support for specific needs — such as dementia or mental-health care — when they apply.
Paying for Care
Radiant Living accepts private pay and holds a contract with Washington State Medicaid, with rates from $150 per day for eligible residents.
Because the home is Medicaid-contracted, a resident who begins as private pay and later spends down to Medicaid eligibility can stay in the same home, with the same caregivers — no move, no disruption, at one of the hardest points in a family's planning.
